- 200kg Blender Minimum Requirement: 200 kg

- Metal Detection and Rejection.
- Testing: Each lot is sampled and sent into quality for testing.
- Finished Good Storage: Product is stored in Quarantine until testing is complete and product is released
The spray drying processe
Atomization
Atomizers turn liquid into a fine mist, allowing for careful control of particle size as the mist is introduced to heat.
Drying
This particle mist is introduced to a heated air stream, constantly monitored and adjusted to create the most efficient drying environment.
Collection
The resulting product is collected, sampled, and then sent to a storage facility until quality and safety tests have been completed.
Quality Testing
Product is stored in quarantine until testing – including metal detection and rejection – is complete, after which product is released.

We have a skilled team and equipment that is coveted in the industry. We sample and test all incoming and outgoing items including raw materials and packaging components to ensure all specifications are met. Every step of our manufacturing process, material handling, product release, line clearance, employee training and standard operating procedures are timely, documented and maintained.
